I was looking for some more blogs to follow and obviously inspiration too. I'm glad that I got to stumble to this blog, I'm in love with her girls.. (even though I'm a girl *GASP)

Here's one of her doodles! O_O

She paints on wood panels, so whenever I see her painting there's that effect where it goes out or it gave me a feeling like its reaching out to me... (man.. That must be how people feel when they just stare at something for a long time.) It could also be because of the women's faces in her works (Did you notice the eyes? Pretty eyes :> )

This one is "My Little Secrets". This is the first work of hers that I've seen. Even though I want to post some more.. I think its best you guys go to her blog. :) Its so cool!! :( I wish that I've seen her works earlier so I could have bought a brooch that she was selling. Here, I'll show it. Imma share the beauty of her wooden brooch.

Inspirations for a prom dress

I think I'm lucky because my mom allowed me to design my own dress which is great and the same time a horrible idea. Cause first thing's first.

I'm bad at fashion. I mean it.

But with my mom's great taste in fashion and always knows what's best on me.. I think I'm safe.

It was still August when she brought me to the cloth store and all of a sudden she started talking about prom. Prom never even crossed my mind, I was more relaxed (as usual) saying to myself that its still far, its still a few months away. But when my classmate was showing her drawing of what her prom dress will look like I immediately panicked and said to myself "SHIT. PROM'S 2 MONTHS AWAY" So I immediately started designing what my dress will look like. A lot were amazed on how it looks like but when I showed it to my friend who's part of the Prom Comm (I joined and again, I got lazy to type the essay) and she said that my dress needs to be long so it would match our Prom theme :( I was gonna go for the cocktail dress kind. So I have to make my dress look nice. I got curious on what other people's prom dresses looks like so I decided to look at Lookbook.nu

I like the color in this one and it really matches the girl wearing it.

My dress is something like this but the top isn't like that and the lower part is more of lace and silk. But yeah..

Red dress. I can NEVER pull this off.

Be inspired by David Desbois' Works

David Desbois.

This guy was the first guy that I followed in Deviant art ever since I joined (But now. I don't post much anymore drawings because school got my schedule packed.)  He's a guy from Canada and he uses a special technique in his works. He uses a kind of watercolor pens.. this I'm not sure but I'm really sure its watercolor.
I'm not good at describing his technique but its just really amazing. I mean it. Here's a few:

 This one is X-Men Origins: Wolverine

 Ambition. I think he posted this around 2008. Its Robert Downey Jr. :)

 Army of One. We all know who this is obviously. I love what the lighting in this one. But this one is a trading card. I love the details, and the face of humility? Amazing.

 Gathering The Crows. I loved the concept in this one. And also there's also an autographed Supernatural drawing of this one.

Vanilla Sky. In what I noticed in David Desbois' Gallery there is a lot of Star Wars. I loved this one the most even though its his newest. I prefer Anakin and Padme's happy days. This really gave out a lot of emotion because we all know on what happens to Anakin and Padme after right? (If you don't. Watch the movie.)
